Internet and Communication Technology assisted Collaborative Project-based Learning is the most powerful way of using technology in Education.
There is clear evidence that when pupils learn through "interactive collaborative projects" they not only enjoy it and put their whole heart into it they also learn better.
Below are two links that have more info about an organisation I have been involved in for a number of years.  Working with teachers to set up and  overcome any barriers to get the most out of this form of Project  Based Learning would be my aim.  Again the training would take place in this whole process.
